Over the past 13+ years, Alison has produced thousands of resumes and cover letters for Canadians across BC and Alberta in over 75 career fields! Her academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management. Prior to resume writing, Alison worked for several years as a Corporate Recruiter and HR Specialist for various organizations such as the airline industry and municipal government. She is an expert in ATS systems and HRIS systems and knows them inside out, which employer's use to search and screen candidates. She has also taught various resume workshops and career development courses at BC Colleges.

Susan joined the team in Nov 2017, bringing 15 years’ hands-on experience as a Strategic Resume Writer with six years as an Employment Advisor and two years as a College Instructor teaching job search courses. Prior to becoming a Resume Writer, Susan worked for 20 years as an Elementary School Teacher. As a Certified Resume Writing Strategist, Susan uses a personalized approach to understand your goals, capture your voice, and deliver an outstanding resume.
